The way I did it I first did 3k with soft pull, a day later I tried it again and ask for 6k and another SP, 10 minutes later I asked for 10k with another SP which I should have stop but I asked for the max of 25k and got the 5-7 days message and got a HP and got another 5k making a total CL 15k so you have a chance since you have completed 3 billing cycles.

How would I know if I'm eligible for a SP CLI??

When I last CLId, they countered at 11K. How long do you think before I can get some more CLI? Is there a consensus on asking for it a second time, w/ o a HP?

The thing is asking for $25k vs $5k is not going to trigger SP or HP from ALL Experience...
It's also starting to look like Navy is AS Soon as 3 months between each.
Don't ask for $5, you will only be back asking for 10 tomorrow if you get it instant!

I call myself asking for $2K and then $1K to even out the CL. Then I came back here and read more stories and was inspired to hit the luv button again. I got brave and went for $15K and thought I was done. Came back here and read some more stories. I was then inspired again to hit the luv button. But this time I went for the gusto! I went for $25K and they countered for $22K. I knew I was done then because I had used up all of my SP's.

That's why I say it's best to just hit up the $25K first to see if you are countered. At least if I had done it that way I wouldn't have had to keep wondering if there was more that they would give me. BTW, I did this in a span of about 48 hours .
