I suggest you take some time reading through a couple dozen pages here...lots of valuable info if you take the time to soak it in.

As I posted, YES, I got my SP CLI today with today's AR. No, I will not see it on my EQ report because SP's take 3-5 days to show up on the report.

How long have you had your card?

Many on this board including myself have'nt quite yet had that 3rd statement cut and certainly wont have the patience to wait on another AR. I think its totally YMMV thing on when you will get the cli as many have only waited until their credit cards where 90 days old and hit the button with success.

Posted my detailed timeline a bit above...here it is:

Approved for 5k on 6/23
Statements: 8/3, 9/3, 10/3

Attempted CLI 9/10 and couldn't cancel HP, but was declined due to "account too new"
Attempted CLI 11/1 with instant approval SP CLI to 10k

Applied for 2nd card immediately after SP CLI on my 1st card, with instant approval for 5.5k

As you can see, I didn't have the patience to wait until my 3rd statement either. But I was declined and knew from that point that I had to wait until the next AR [today]...which proved fruitful Smiley Happy

Good info alelizadle. I will keep your experience in mind. I think I will at least wait until  my 3rd statement cuts  before my cli. That seems to be where the pertcentages start to be in your favor around then.

Re: Official NFCU CLI Guide

I don't think it matters if your 3rd statement cuts BEFORE OR AFTER the AR ,.bc I have seen quite a few get the SP CLI and not even have 3 statements BUT have 90 days in.

Re: Official NFCU CLI Guide

@Dag716 I have seen ppl still get CLI with high UTI , you can give it a try and if they decline you can always explain your situation and try to recon . It would be nice to know how long you have had your cards and what your profile looks like other than them two cards so we may can give you better advice

The day your account was approved and opened is the day the clock starts to tick I believe.
