Well great 24 hr review 😕😢
That's not always a bad thing... in September mine also went to review and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted anyway.
Note that in my case 24 hrs was more like 48 hrs... I was certain when I didn't hear back the next day that it was a denial, just to be surprised to see my CLI.

Also UncleB did they ever send you any communication saying it was approved or you just seen it in your acct?
Great question... when I checked my account online a couple of days later the CLI was just there (I hit the button on a Sunday night, and got the CLI on Tuesday). A few days later I did get an AA letter that was actually quite confusing; it stated that they were unable to approve the CLI I had requested but were offering me a new credit line of $20k - a CLI of $4.7k - and if I didn't want this credit line to let them know and they would reverse it. (???)
This was confusing because I didn't ask for a specific amount... I used the 'max' button. Actually, had I asked for a specific amount I would have asked for exactly what they ended up giving me, anyway.
The AA letter gave a laundry list of reasons as to why my request couldn't be honored, all of which pointed back to account balances and various ratios. Since I'm only at 4% utilization I took this to "really" mean that my income isn't high enough... LOL.

The reason I ask is bc my fiancé never got an answer either way and it's been 5 days which im sure it's denied but to have an answer would be nice atleast .
He should be getting an AA letter in the mail if the CLI wasn't approved.
