I only ever have called them and it was on the puny 1500 Good Sams Visa. I closed it 2 days after approval from the automated line then called in to them to verify that it was indeed closed out. They were so nice and even thanked me for being such a good Good Sams customer

I love them if I never have to call them... when I have to call them it makes me a bit....
I called the new accounts line instead of account protection and she called over and said she explained to them but nothing either could do... I asked to speak to Executive office and she told me she did not have the number and could not transfer me...
I told her that is the problem with this bank... YOU WORK THERE and you don't have the number... Would you like it for your reference because I have it!?

Im completely exhausted right now FOR YOU! SOOO frustrating!! They like to throw in trick questions, let me explain..
My Car loan with Navy is originally 49 months, but it reports to the CRA as 48 mo. So, KNOWING THIS...and KNOWING this is one of their questions like to throw at me, I always say 48, and always get approved.
This was a total SHOE IN APPROVAL if answered correctly, Im soooo sorry CA!! UGH;(

ahhh.....these security questions ! I failed DCU membership because I had no clue how old the building is I live in (and I rent only) ...took none of the above because I had not the slightest clue....well that was wrong...lol... gave up on them and asked them to remove the HP and I would forget it. DCU was nice and recoded the pull as SP. That was nice. But honestly who in the world knows the age of the building you rent your apartment ?? I doubt the owner would have been able to answer .. I find these security questions getting really terrible. Another of these questions is the phone number from 10+ years ago... who knows that? I am better in playing lottery games
