That question whether you should take it or not is up to you.  No one here can answer that for you because only you know what your spending habits are.  Things to consider before applying.

A] Do you Shop there often?

B] Do you need another card etc..

So it is up to you whether you should have it or not.

If you want the merchandise - and get a membership for 5% rebate.  Go for it!  They have many great deals.
