Overstock cart trick question

Hey guys,. 

In order to get this to work, do you have to wait for the popup and also a pre approval to get a SP or you get a SP too if you are at checkout and you click on the "learn more" button next to the Overstock Store Card option as well? I wonder if it is a SP no matter if it's a popup with a pre approval or just simply filling out the application at checkout. 

Also, would it make andy difference if I opted out some time ago from the junk mail and offers etc?

For a soft pull you need the popup. Applying directly is a hard pull.

ETA: If you're opted out, you won't get popups.

ok thanks.. I will opt in. I wonder how long to wait after I opt in to try again. Any ideas?

I would wait a few days before trying it.
