Overstock.com SCT Klarna

I know this has been a topic before, but I didn't want to hijack another thread.

I've been trying the SCT with an HP printer. I'm checking out as a guest but I didn't get an actual popup. I did, however, get an offer saying I'm pre-approved. Is this the same thing?

Klarna is a payment processor, like Paypal, or Apple Pay. Overstock is their first big US customer. 

It's basically designed to get you to checkout with fewer clicks, so you're more likely to make the purchase.

So Klarna is pretty much NET 30 for consumers.....not a bad business model.
