Called into "Account Protection" again today for the 3rd time as I still have not received any letters regarding my application from the 5th.
After a lot of hmmm, I'm not sure, that's odd, not sure what I can do... he finally agreed to "try to search for the application" (really pretty much put them on the list as the worst bank EVER "if" you have any application issues, they are fine once account is issued!)
So finds applicaiton and asks me to verify myself and then with some reluctance says "At this point it looks like the application has already been turned down for to many inquiries, our system will auto deny applications when someone has to many inquiries"
I asked when that decision had been made.
He stated the 18th which is when I was previously speaking to the rep that found my app hung up or whatever it was in the system.
Thanked him and hung up.
Yawn!
