Not sure but doubt it since my credit is far from excellent, I would suggest to you is just ask to PC it, via online chat monthly like I did.

Your CL just needs to be north of $5k when PC'ing to get the world elite mastercard version.

My DW's was converted to just the WMC (no elite) with a $5500 CL at the time of PC.
