PC Quicksilver 1 to Venture

i was on the phone today with Cap 1 on an unrelated issue and I asked about upgrading my qs1 to venture.  They said that they were able to do that for me.  My question is if they do, will leave the cl as it is, or could that add to it.  Thanks!

Never do this for a card with a signup bonus of more than $200.

They will leave the CL the same and your card will still be considered subprime based in their internal systems.
