Are PNC bank credit card mail offers solid? What's your overall experience with this bank? Thanks for you responses myficoers!

PNC is a very conservative lender....they are very inquiry sensitive and alsonew card sensitive. I can say, that if you have an established banking relationship with them, they will overlook quite a bit! I say this from experience!

Conservative is relative to a person's file.

If I recall correctly, I had 11 HPs on EX, util was 2%, AAOA @ 4-5y, and they started me at $14k (13.99apr), and I had zero banking relationship with them.
