I am looking at getting one of these two cards. I have two other Shnc cards, Lowes with a $15k limit and CareCredit with a $12k limit. Scores about 700. Only pulled TU when I opened the others but I hear they may double pull now. Any advice on which offers higher SL, growth etc and if they only pull TU?

They both can be assigned a fairly decent SL if your overall profile and income supports it. Both platforms are owned by PayPal with SYNCB being the issuer of the cards. Same for CLI growth (over time). My suggestion would be do the math and see which card meets your needs rewards-wise based on your spending habits. And, yes, either of these can result in a double HP.
I'd go with venmo because it was the only one of 2 accounts they kept open for me after killing $100,000 worth of cards of mine for no reason. My paypal with $8,000 limit did not survive the massacre
my SL for paypal was $4500. My venmo was $5,000
