If you used to have the Request More button, but no longer have it, can you provide a few data points to help us figure out if it's limited to certain accts? Do you have a balance? Do you usually carry a balance? Did you open new accts? Anything else you can think of that could cause them to take away your CLI option? I wouldn't dare waste my time asking customer service.
I don't have that card but my Lowe's card, which is also Synchrony, has the "Request More" button still showing. Two new cards since I last got a CLI a month or so ago (one of which is another Synch card, Sam's MC), and I have a balance which includes a $560 purchase eleven days ago along with some 0% charges I'm paying on.
My PP acoounts still have the CLI buttons, I am at 10K on each MC and PPcredit and you usually have to call CS for any CLIs after that amount. So I won't use the button.
Mine still displays the button including my other SYNCB accounts 🤷🏼♂️ My PayPal Cashback Rewards has a $46 balance, but I doubt that would impact having the CLI ability (or lack thereof) IMO.
I've had Synchrony "hide" the request cli buttons on cards before (Amazon and Synchrony MasterCard). The Amazon request button returned after I called and requested a CLI, and the MasterCard cli button returned randomly.
Was approved both times.
They are updating the card so I think that may be why. I'm guessing once you get the new card in the mail the button will be back.
I have 5 Synchrony accounts, and just last week I noticed the button was missing on my PP Cashback.
Ive had it 6 months, $2k, and PIF before statement every month. Currently at $0 balance and statement is about to cut on the 24th.
All my other cards still have the button, which is PP CREDIT, Lowes, EBay, and Care Credit. I'm guessing since their changing there account management site and with new cards being issued, I'm guessing it'll be back soon.
button is gone for me too, other than opening up a new account recently my profile should look healthy

Yes, some in this thread and another thread have suggested that. Someone confirmed this with a chat rep. We shall see next week when our cards arrive. *fingers crossed* And, for those of you who don't know, we're getting a new card design and they've already shipped out some of them.
I Had the button there until a week ago, i requested a CLI and got approved immediately. After that the button disappear and i honestly thought it was because i can't request another one now. I didn't know they're shipping new card, so i should wait for a new one?
My card is 1 year old CLI was from 3500 to 5000, never carried a balance and heavily used, My other synch (amazon) still has the request button, last one was a month ago
