PenFed CU - Double hard pull

Sadly this happened to me too.

It has been  a long time since i took a HP from Penfed, but what the heck? You were able to do one HP for everything but mortgage related stuff. 

Seems like they have been slowly going down hill.

The two reps I spoke to sounded pretty cold compared to my calls to Alliant.

Actually my experience with Chase and Wells Fargo have friendly people as well.
