PenFed Offers

I haven't tried the "use desktop version" on my phone...so I'm not sure if that workaround is doable...considering the screenshot, perhaps not.

DW is having this issue currently.

I suspect it's an IT issue on their end.

(...and we use a desk top, not our phones.)

I also have the same offers and issue. Tried both iPhone app and Mac. No cards show up on "Approved" offer.

It's a shame, because I'd like know what card(s) it is and what the APR or SL would be.

I no longer have the offer, it expired exactly when they said it would, it was also for "low interest" card, there was image of the card and set APR at 17.99% ( their highest, I think ) but no limit was specified. Twas blue, that's all I remember

Same. In the past, when there was an offer there, I would open it and it would tell me the product and the approved limit. Not anymore. It seems that for the past year, when I have an Offer, its just marketing and it wants me to apply (with HP). 

Not sure what changed or why, but I liked it the old way.

I had that same issue when I was pre-approved for a personal loan from them. I would have a drop-down menu with the loan and a credit card option. I would chose the loan and it would move me to the loan pre-approval page. Then I decided to click the credit card, and it would take me to a pre-approval page with nothing to select. I think it's just an error on their side, in which you are not actually pre-approved for that item.

Sorry that's still not working but seeing all these other people chiming me...I would agree it's likely an issue on their end..and of course, holiday weekend...you may not see resolution until TUE or WED.  For some reason, I was under the guise that their offers were given at the beginning of the quarter..not towards the end so considering that's in about 3 weeks...perhaps their getting it ready.  "shrug"

Yes historically their offers update on Jan 1/Apr 1/Jul 1/Oct 1.  Existing offers are refreshed, modified, or withdrawn and new ones extended.

I see similar output as what you all report, my " Auto Loan" offer has vanished with "Credit Card" in its place.  Clicking through comes to the "Select Card You're approved for a low-rate credit card from PenFed.", yet no offers are extended (expected, I'm already at their CL cap) so I think this points to a likely DevOps issue.

1-Based on everything that I mention below, do you think that this will be a SP?

2-What is the minimum starting limit for the Gold card?

3-Is this how their preapprovals work now?

I received an email (see snippet below) about a pre-approval. It told me to refer to a mailer for full details. I never got that.

This is the sidebar of my PenFed portal. There are 2 sections for offers. It says "Apply" for the card.

Then, it says that I'm approved on this page. After I click the Select button, it has a similar page where I then click "Accept". It then takes me to an application page.
