Hello everyone!

I recently applied for the PenFed Power Cash CC. Long story short I got denied and typed out a recon email when I called today to check the status of my recon I was told that I have to sign the letter? How would I go about doing that? Should I just handwrite the letter, scan it and then email it to them with my signature or? I need some opinions on what people have done.

Type up the letter for the sake of legibility using Word (or equivalent, but not email)

Check your account in box in the Penfed APP. Usually penfed send you their letters in digital format with the ability to e-sign.

You might want to check your "Applications" tab on your accounts page. It's possible that within the process shown (Application --> Review --> Almost Done --> Completed) you might need to open a notification through the documents portal and digitally sign which will allow the process to move forward. Your recon may have moved your app back into the remaining process.
