You included them in your BK?

A 580 score is fairly low for an approval, especially if you haven't paid them back from the BK.
They wouldn't even let me open a new checking account with scores that low. I highly doubt you will have a shot at a card with them especially this soon after BK and doubly so if they were included.

Having had a debt owed to them discharged just 2 months ago, a very low credit score and a very recent bankruptcy, I would be very surprised if they let you open any account other than a savings account. The wounds are too fresh. 2 months ago and they may not even have finalized the internal account processing to write it off (depending on that department's backlog).
That said...
My advice is that you look at defining a post-BK credit recovery plan rather than simply applying for credit. There are defined steps you can take to slowly but surely build your credit worthiness, but at the present moment, borrowing anything from anyone should not be a consideration. (Have you even received the final paperwork from the court this soon?)
Please understand that this is said not with a judgemental / critical tone, but rather a "perhaps you don't see the other sides of this issue" one...
