Anytime you apply for credit, you should expect a HP, even if others don't. Sorry OP.

I applied for 2 more cards within my 90 days both SP for me.(denied for being an egyptian, lol

Applied for Siggy 4-1 w HP and approved w very nice limit. 

Applied for $4000 PLOC on 4-8, DENIED. 

Applied for Promise 6-8 and 'begged' for a SP as my score had risen since HP and CSR said "no can do; have to use the initial HP---or we could do a NEW HP if I allowed (I didn't)". Approved w nice limit. 

Applied for checking 6-8 as well w  EXTRA overdraft (more than the generally allotted $500) to $1000.  Had to be reviewed but was indeed approved. 

I check my EQ report daily and there were zero account reviews/SP's etc from PF on any of the aforementioned dates. 

YMMV of course.

So I was denied instantly for toooooooo many inquiries. 

Two days ago I received a survey from PENFED and was able to voice my concerns

Yesterday I received a call from a Snr. Credit Analyst based in Oregon explaining the secured card PENFED has and I requested her to email me some information about it. Below is the email I received from her after.

Thank you for expressing interest in our Initiator Visa Classic secured credit card. The credit limit on the card can range from $500.00 to $1000.00 (in $100.00 increments), in which 50% of the credit line must remain on hold in your Regular Share savings account. The funds must be on deposit prior to submitting an application.

After 6-12 months of satisfactory repayment history, you may apply to upgrade this account to a rewards credit card account. If you are interested in pursuing the secured card, please do not hesitate to contact me at the number below, or respond via email.

I dont think so, this isnt the direction I wanna go in right now because I just closed BofA secured.

Joined PenFed recently and decided to apply for Promise Visa the next day, since they already did a HP.

Instant approval for $6500 at rate of 10.24% (SP for me)

Apped for the Premium Travel Amex and was given the app "is under review" message. 

Can't stand waiting, so I called the next day (Saturday 6/18) and was approved over the phone for $5500 and 10.24% (also SP for me)

Interesting thing....Still hasn't appeared on my accounts screen yet.  Seems to be a little long to get there.

What are my chances of getting an immediate CLI with them?
