So 1 HP roughly 6 months later warranted you an $11k CLI on PCR and then since they had the HP on file, you then app'd the 2nd and they approved but conditional to pull CL from other. Got it.... 

I forgot reading that back in APR so thanks for refreshing my memory! 😉
