@Anonymous, that's exactly how my situation started out. I was just confused and thought they were slow to update it, so I let it ride for weeks before I looked into it, after the next statement cut. My first calls were unproductive and the CSRs weren't able to fix it. Even after elevating it to supervisors and managers, I couldn't get them to call me back and follow through, so that's why it took me several months to resolve it. I had hoped they would have fixed this situation by now but apprarently not ...

@Anonymous & @Aim_High , so mine didn't show either I called and gave them all the info, she put me on hold and said that my limit had been increased, but gave me the same amount as I previously had. So I told her(CSR) that that was not inclusive of the amount that I was offered and that I was given the option to use it as a CLI or new card, she put me on hold and came back and said that it was approved and would show on the account on Wed 30DEC20. So now the wait for the shenanigans to kick in lol.
