Recently denied for Penfed card and since then the equifax score has went up. Is there a way to have them do a new credit pull or do I need to wait the whole 3 months?

How recently did you apply and when was the HP done? Aside from the score (since that's not the only stand-alone factor in their decision), what were the reasons cited for the denial?

What was your score do you have other cards also

The score was low 700s and there was maybe 1 card reporting for 1k but now there is another card reporting for 10k. The first pull was done about a month ago. Both cards are under 4 months. Nothing else reporting, no negatives.

Personally, I would wait a few more months (~6 at least). If your scores are beginning to rise and your accounts are fairly young, you'll be back to square one and another HP.

Score alone wont get you an approval. If they didnt like what they saw in your most recent hp, a month or two or a slight rise in score most likely wont help much. 6 months might be better as stated above.
