Penfed new pull?

How could I get Penfed to pull a New EQ CR? My last one was 639, but Capital One agreed to remove my lates AND my UTL will drop from 49% to 4% at the end of the month.. So I should see a huge jump in scores.

Are you currently a member?  If so, apply by phone for what you want and ask that they pull a new report.  But do wait until you've confirmed that your score had increased and utilization is properly reporting...

Yeah I'm a member, and okay, I'll pull EQ Fico before I ask them to pull.

So I called today (my 90-day late) from capital one in December was adjusted to perfect payments due to a goodwill. And went from 80% UTL to 0... My EQ skyrocketed.. I called Penfed and asked them to pull a New CR, she said she couldn't do that, only a signed letter from you via Fax (1-800-278-2212) or a email from your email on file specifically giving them permission to pull a new report is the only way that it's possible.

How long ago did you last apply for membership or any of their products? Can you wait the 90 days and that will guarantee a new report gets pulled?

MssRemaa - yes they HP EQ for membership but use the NG 2 score for their products. I'm not sure where else you can find out what that score is but from them.
