Penfed sent me an offer. I accepted it and now it says "booking" and has since 10-2. what does that mean?

There was an entire thread about this as it took @Aim_High 's account over some preset max limit and it had that status for a long time.
Agreed...pick up the phone and speak to someone. With today being Columbus Day, I don't know if their open or if Underwriting is working today...but it's likely your best bet.

Yes, both myself and @PullingMeSoftly went through the exact same thing. From my understanding, it means it's been completed as far as that part of PenFed is concerned. However, in both of our cases, we were showing "booked" when the credit limit offered wasn't showing in our credit card account.
