My EQ has an old CO on it, otherwise pretty clean. 709 FICO 8 score, no inquires on EQ in a year, 3 new acts in last year, in last 3 mos and good income. Should I apply for PLOC and CC at same time, or wait like 30 days in between?

I app over the weekend score 665 7 inquiries and bk discharge 2009 was declined didn't call logged back in and my app went pending and today I logged back in and it was approved for the visa cash 5k 17.99.
