Product approved and Limit: PenFed Promise 20k approved after review, PenFed Visa Signature - in review, asked if I'd be willing to split 20k limit... Still pending as I have not answered yet.

Derogs?: 2 (old short sale '2009 and paid med collection)

Is the Visa signature worth splitting the 20k limit?

I'm thinking inquiries and 2 derogs is their beef with me. Currently have Chase Sapphire Preferred 6k and SWA 9k, Citi Thank You Preferred 2k(they won't budge on limit or pc or additional cards)

GOOD LAWD......!!! 45K......OK...OK....I have 2 cards coming in the mail....should i ask for CLI when i get them or should i sit my fresh outta bk tail down and garden....!?

You have nothing to lose. Give it a try. I believe you can call now and let them know you really need a higher SL. Ask for a supervisor.

First of all, congratulations!! As far as is it worth splitting limit is really up to you. Do you have another card already that offers what the Visa Siggy offers? If not, do you have a use for it? Is this Cash Rewards or Platinum Rewards?
