Absolutely fill out that survey. I also got one and filled it out.
I am not done with this PenFed process yet and that survey is sure to also play a part in the overall results of things to come.

I started out with Navy Federal,Loquat. They are alot more generous to rebuilders. Penfed has loosened their criteria ALOT though. It used to be that you couldn't get approved with ANY baddies and everybody was an Egyptian. Times have certainly changed over at Pentagon Federal.

Membership approved in 2015 and opened an IL with them which was also approved.
This is a first cc with them but certainly won't be the last if this is any indication of just how very well developed they are.

Hopefully I not only get them to smile.... I would prefer a reduction in APR .. but if not they can tweak my limit just a tad.

Baller, I need to give you some type of commission or something lol. Called Penfed to recon and gave some info. A loan officer called back asking about the derogs. Gave my explanation and was told to check online later or call to see if recon was approved. Then received this email the next day:
