Just called to see if I could get a CLI on the Promise to do a BT from a personal loan and was quite quickly told by the CSR that I can try again in six months. Is that normal with PenFed? The good thing about this forum is helping many people get credit thru loopholes etc that they might not otherwise hear about. The bad part of this is that when a lot of people use the info it eventually gets tightened up or taken away by the creditor. You really need to jump on things quickly when you hear about it on this forum! i.e.: NFCU loophole that may also go away soon.
