Ok thanks, I will keep trying. It's been telling me cannot complete request.

It seems if i hit on credit card that I can app for the card if they make a decision, then it proceeds to membership, anyone else done it this way? I can't get the membership optioon to work.

Really? I have never heard of membership app not working. You can try that way and let us know how it goes.

well i have been trying for a couple days and i keep getting the request cannot be completed at this time. from what I have googled its not a denial. its like there is a glitch. I have tried incognito and same thing. So i clicked on cards and the progress bar at the top has a decision before membership option. I am just afraid that I wont get approved.

There cards that have the BT are for sure guarantee that if you get approved you can make the BT right?

Yes you are allowed bt as long as your Nextgen isn't below 660. And I'm sure yours is not. Try calling and apping membership over the phone with a CSR first before apping a cc.

I am really sorry to hear that jrenae. Did you try to call and speak to someone and voice your disappointment? Our members have had great success actually talking to someone and explaining their situations.
