Update - 7/13 decided to apply for the Pathfinder Rewards AMEX again after denial about 2 months ago. Already have the visg sig @ 10K (see last post). Approved instantly for $10,000 @ 16.49 APR. They used the same pull from back on 5/15 that was 719 EX. I got a risk based pricing notice in my messages today and that is how I figured that out.
Also, got pre-approval for BBVA Compass in the mail a few days ago and was approved for $11,200 with 22.9 APR which is so much higher than the PenFed cards but oh well - that is my biggest limit now. So since May my credit limits have gone up by $30 + K (before that only had $10k in limits + auto loan).

I just got an email from Penfed for a 12mo 0% BT offer if anyone is interested.
I received that offer too. I don't see an expiration date.

BT's before 9/30
How much are you asking?

I also received the 0% BT offer in my overnight email. This is actually very well-timed since I've been planning to do some BT's over the next month or so to consolidate my bills.
I've been with PenFed for several years now. They ALWAYS have a 0% 12month 3% fee BT offer. Even when not solicited. If ever you're needing one and haven't received email marketing about it, just call up and ask. Exclusion I believe is the PenFed Promise as it has it's own lot BT percent and fees.
I can see the option to do a BT with a 3% fee but it doesn't state the APR anywhere...
