How many of you got 2 CC's on 1 HP from a bank?
What bank? And which 2 cards?
Just curiously looking for info.
I'll go first.
Cap1 Quicksilver and Venture (technically 3 pulls, but I did the apps back to back late one night, there was 2 HPs on each report that night and in the morning Cap1 removed the 2nd set).
Cap 1 QS & V1 3 days apart 1 triplet
USAA RA WMC & Rewards Visa single Eq
PenFed Visa Sig, Promise & PLOC single Eq
amex Delta & PRG single Ex
Always hope for the best, but expect the worse on pulls.. Consider yoursef lucky if you get away with 1 HP for multiple cards..
Chase cards usually. Amex too.
Still mad as mad with chase double pulling me on marriot when they said only I promise EQ pull only... Not done with the EO on that one getting a free shot on my Exp report... They are notorious for that, it will be removed if I have to gotta walk to their corporate office and speak with them
Chase double pulled EQ and EX when I applied for Freedom in October 2014, but they didn't pull me at all when I applied for AARP two weeks later.
I got the Sportsman's Guide and Camping World Visas on one EQ pull from Comenity. I got them via SCT less than 30 minutes apart.
Thanks, everyone who replied. Some interesting finds. I heard of Chase of and knew about AmEx. Just looking to see if there's anything I'm willing to go for when I'm done gardening.

Chase Hyatt and Slate cards, one EQ pull. Apps were about 5 days apart.
Nice! That's cool that they were 5 days apart and still only 1 pull.

I had no idea about USAA or PenFed. I'm thinking of trying for another product with USAA when my secured card hits 2 years old and I close it (they don't graduate their secured cards). PenFed is a CU I've been looking into as well. Sounds like a good deal, 3 products, 1 pull.

True, true. I hear you. Everything is always a YMMV thing with credit. I think it'd be cool expecting 2 HPs and only getting 1. A nice surprise.

Thanks. I read around the forums of the heavily used AmEx "trick". Didn't see a lot about Chase. Just here and there. Good to know for future endeavors though.

That sucks, I'm very sorry. I tried for a Chase card during my first app spree, before I found this forum. They double pulled me on EQ and EX as well. That's upsetting though if they tell you they will only do 1 HP and do 2. I would feel the same way. Hopefully they work with you.

Cool! That's actually the combo of cards I was thinking about from Chase. Good to know you got them both on the same pulls AND 2 weeks later. Pretty awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Freedom and csp last month
This is the combo I usually see from Chase. Pretty awesome lines each too! Good for you!

That's cool. I didn't know Comenity starting HP'ing for SCT. Probably because they're Visas and not just plain store cards? Although I don't know if I'm interested in any more Comenity cards, for the sake of research, this is great info too. I'm a huge nerdy numbers girl.
