Visa Signature is a credit line over 5k, at least on the Freedom. Better benfits with rental car and warranties etc...

If you were pre-approved for both cards and wanted CSP I would have done them all at the same time. They don't always do it but you might have gotten away with just a single pull for both cards. Those two cards work great with each other - plus you can get a 40k + 5k bonus on the CSP to go with your 20k bonus on the freedom card.

That's what I was thinking. I called customer service after I got approved for the Freedom and told them I wanted the CSP too. They said I could apply for it but it wouldn't be another credit pull. I decided not to apply because I didn't want another CI on my score and the possibility of getting denied for it!
