Pre-qualify Captial One??

Do you need to 'opt in' prescreen for it to grab an offer? I noticed the site only asks for the last 4 of your SS#. Does it work similar to the shopping cart trick as where once opted in you could get a pre approval?

The site will have an apr and also a opt out offer screen on the bottom for a true prequal over there

Wasn't sure since it only ask for the last 4 of your social? The one I did for Credit One ask for the full numbers.

Working on rebuilding and need to open one if not two more revolving.

Yes most prequal sites only ask for last 4 of soc. Some i noticed ask for full but still not hp to credit just a sp.

yea that is the correct pre qual site

That is the site. Never gave any attention to the opt in or out part of it.

Its my understanding that if you are opted out you wont get any pre-quals on any site
