Preapproved Delta card I can't find

I got a pre approval offer with opt out info on it for a Delta American Express card that is Blue with a 55 AF (not waived first year), 5k miles after 1st purchase.

I don't see this card on the Amex site.

I applied for the gold one before (1 1/2yrs ago) but was declined for previous relationship.

It's been 8 yrs since my CO. Amex SP me about four times a year since my unsuccessful app 1.5 yrs ago

Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

It's on the Delta site. My mom has it. It's her only American Express card. I don't think they push it bc the lower AF.

It's definitely a better looking card than the gold one lol not that that should be an issue but just an observation.

The 'blue' Delta card can be difficult to locate, even on the Delta site... the first Delta page I came to by following their own links even omitted the blue version.  After a little digging around, I came across the following:
