Prequal mailers APR doesn't match PReQual Site

Citi and Cap1 are sending me mailers with decently low APR's
but when I go directly to their site and do NOT enter
and code, they APR is much much higher- Why ?

Also .. How am I now suddenly getting
and offer on Amex pre qual site where I have no
mailers and not a SINGLE soft pull from them on experian
since 8/2015 whereas i just opted back in 2 months ago.

My experiences with Capital One is that they offer different "levels" of same cards.  Something they offer throught the mail will not necessarily be the same as advertised on the website.  Example is both my Journey and Quicksilver were mailed offers that have never been offered on the site.  Quicksilver, on the site, is advertised as minimum $3000 credit line, however I got one through credit steps with an initial limit of $500 or $750.  Quicksilver is shown on the website as excellent credit.

Hmmmm AMEX pre-qual site?? How come I can't find it?? I got approved for 2 of their cards via the pre-qual link like a month ago and now it is gone LOL

Thanks, I had to clear cookies and browser setting to see it. I guees I wont normally see them since my foot is already in the door.

Anyway to answer you...I did not get the mailers or SP either and after stalking their pre-qual site for 2 months with no offers, I finally got offers about a month ago. I applied for the ED and PRG and got approved the same day with the scores in my sig

Hmm.. that is exactly what I did.. stalked their pre qual site many times .. then the other day .. poof. Weird tho..
no SP at all anywhere? I find this quite strange.. ?
