Problems with Comenity App

Well I guess I spoke with the right people at Ceasars Entertainment as they sent this up the channels and got my card reinstated!  Same CL and terms so all is good now...

Malfunctions happen unfortunately, both human and electric machine.

Looks like they made good on it though.
