Product Change or CLI?

Hey everyone,

Here's my current situation: My first card ever was the Capital One Journey card that I was approved for when I was in college with a $750 limit. That was 4 years ago and since then I have moved on to much better cards IMO. I have not used my Journey card since December of 2013 and it currently has a credit limit of $2,750, my lowest limit out of all 4 cards. I was considering requesting a product change to the Quicksilver card but the rewards don't seem to be that big of a difference.

Do you guys think I should request a product change or just request a CLI on my current Journey card?! I can't seem to decide!

Why not both at the same time?

Well this is embarrassing! I honestly did not even think to ask for both. I'm also rather surprised that there online chat feature is available right now (11:20PM EST). Unless its overseas?

I'm more surprised when I get a CapOne rep that ISN'T overseas.

Yeah, you're right. How do you like your QuickSilver card? I really don't deal a lot with CapitalOne and in the past I only used the card for small purchases (gas). Hopefully it's worth the change

It's fine if you don't have better rewards options. Unfortunately for me, I applied for their cards when my credit wasn't as good and i'm stuck in rebuilder hell with them.
