Public Records Database?

I tried to get an increase on my Bloomingdale's card tonight but I failed the public records questions --  I always do 'cuz they ask me about people I do not know, let alone where they live and what month their birthdays are in??! When I answer honestly, "I'm not familiar with this person," I don't pass. Anyone know how I can get a copy of these public records OR, how I can clean it up?

You can request a free copy of your Lexis Nexis files, which helps quite a bit with most of these questions.  I got an entire ream of paper for mine, no joke.  But the questions about somebody's age who you do not even know?  That one I'm afraid I can't answer.  Your own reports probably aren't going to help with that.  I've only ever been asked about immediate family members.
