Sorry to hear about the denial, CSP is so income driven. What attracted you to the CSP? Are you looking for a higher limit card?

I'll try calling again tomorrow to see if I get lucky. thanks to everyone that commented. I like to post the process to share the thrill (if any haha).

Honestly I don't get you will get a different result no matter how many times you call. Unfortuately your income is just too low to qualify.
not really, I knew that if I was approved it would have been with the min 5k. last year I went to Europe for 1 month and this year I went to South America and I had to use cash and debit on those trips having to pay some fees for it. I enjoy traveling and I do eat out often so I analyzed the flight cards and thought this one was the best for me.

is that the min required income? I might get a part time job if my semester allows me to. (engineering takes a lot of time)

This thread should have stopped when the OP said they made 11k/year. There is no place on this earth that Chase would approve that income for a CSP. I'm sorry, OP, but this isn't the card for you at this moment in time.
no worries, they tried. at least I have time on my side and can take the hp. I don't plan on getting any other cards and 1 of them is falling in august so I'll stay at 1-2 hps across the board.
