Most likely, it's my understanding and my experience that Capital One requires you to wait 6 months after an approved CLI to be eligible for another one.
Thank you for answering.... but I never accepted the $100 credit increase, I even called capitol one last month and the person told me to just keep trying sometimes they raise the increase offer, so the 2-3 day is kinda wierd

Ok, now I understand....I just got a "2-3 day" message from Capital One as well. I'm assuming mine is a denial for a CLI....Interested to hear what happens in your situation....Good luck!
That’s usually a denial. They sent an e-letter with the denial reasons and it should be on your statements/documents section.
In my experience with Cap 1, it’s either an instant approval or it’s a denial.
