Preferably a card that only pulls TU Credit Report.
Since Barclays pulls TU, and since your TU inquiries are the lowest, Barclays is the obvious choice.
They have a lot of cards to pick from:
The Ring is the one I like the most (I haven't been able to get it but you might)
The Sallie Mae card is reputed to be very good
The 2 safest bets are the Barclay Rewards card and the NFL Points card
