Question about AMEX double dipping

Asking as an example. In an effort to keep my diamond badge in my signature (zero HPs for 24 mo), I want to do all I can to increase my overall CLs on SPs alone. I don’t know what cards to get, but I prefer cards with no AF.

Depends on your goals. If you're looking to get cashback there a few gems out there to maximize your spend with category cards like the mentioned BCE for groceries and Uber for restaurant as a few examples. It might be entirely possible if you want to keep things simple to just go with a 2% cashback card like Paypal so you never have to worry about category spending. If you're looking to accumulate travel rewards that will be slightly harder since the better ones come with some type of AF.
