Question about CapitalOne Venture shipping

 I applied for a Venture Signature card from CapitalOne on the 15th (monday) and received the Welcome Kit on the 23rd (Monday). I called CapitalOne and they said that the card was shipped on the 21st (Saturday). 

For those who have received Venture cards in the last few months (or any Cap1 cards) what was your experience with how long it took for a card to arrive after its shipping date or receiving the welcome kit?

Had mine in 3 days !

Super slow snail mail. Took about 7-10 days after that welcome kit. Unlike Amex and Discover, who send it fancy and with Ups or Fedex

waiting on mine also...I applied on the 19th.

I apped the 8th, approved the 11th, shipment notification the 23rd after calling and asking **bleep** is happening with my card. Still waiting 11 business days and counting. Cap1 is not off to a good start with me giving them a second chance.

I applied late Ftiday night for my VentureOne and received it that Thursday.

Any Capital One cards I have gotten have taken about 10 days to get. As far as others, I feel jipped by Amex. Mine just came in a plain white envelope through regular mail, not anything more fancy than any other card

not cool when you have to meet a spend limit. That can leave someone with just 2 months just to make spend limit if ppl are getting their cards so many weeks late. 

*EDIT* just checked mail and card was in there. I never got a shipping email just the welcome kit.

Yeah the representative told me they were doing everything to get the card in my hands since clearly their goal is to start having business with me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it's hard to believe that when it takes almost a month to get the card. What's the point of the instant approval process if it still takes a month. My condolences go out for those who have to spend an extra 3-7 business days getting evaluated cause they missed out on instant approval.

Haha congratulations on your new card. I could care less if my Venture was delivered in a torn envelope with food stains on it as longn as the card is okay and it gets here fast.
