I just applied for the AARP card and got the 7-10 message so after that I applied for the Southwest card to take advantage of the HP and got the "THANKS FOR THE SUBMISSION" message after I hit the Apply button for SW, does that mean I didn't have to fill out my info on the Southwest app because I already filled it out on the AARP application?
Try calling the automated status line 800-432-3117.
If it says you have two applications, then you will know. If it says only one, then maybe the second wasn't really accepted.

I received the same message. Close out your browser and reopen. Go back and app for the Southwest card again. It will take you through filling out the info again.
Its funny you experienced exactly what I did last night apping for a Disney card after the AARP.
Thanks for the info guys. I guess now it's the waiting game....lol Pray for me..lol
Good luck OP!!!
Called app status and for the aarp app robo lady says 7-10 days and for the southwest app robo lady says 2 weeks. Hope I get one atleast😇. Anybody ever have the 7-10 days update to 2 weeks? Looks like chase pulled TU. My TU is at 768 but I recently went on Xmas app spree so I hope chase over looks it....lol Good night my fico family😴
OP, 2 weeks mean approved, 7-10 days denied, this is based on my own experience, hope im wrong and you get both
Best to you OP! Here's hoping that you get both cards approved, despite the two different statuses.
