The CLI is based on the entire account, not an individual card. So if your Delta on 1/5 is your first card, then any CLI would be on 3/7. If your denied, then its another 90 day period. It doesn't matter which card you try to CLI. Just know if you receive/accept a CLI - you are locked out for 180 days.
Take a moment and read the first few pages of the the Definative AmEx 3xCLI thread to further clarification. Think strategically and how they would view your profile or request. As always, YMMV

Also keep in mind you can auto clis do not reset anything. You can also triple your new limit if you get an auto.
maybe adding this will help, if you get 2 cards, both on 1.1.18, you can only request a CLI 61 days later on one (call it delta), if approved, you have to wait 6 months to request a CLI on your second (BCP.) or on the delta, and so on. Again, check the CLI guide. It’s awesome 😎

I got the 7-10 day notice. I only did 35,000 and not 45,000.
