Ok so has anyone ever seen in the credit card tab where if you go into an application back out and go back to the credit card tab and it says you are prequalified? Found it strange it did that for me for the cash+
for the altitude reserve I know you have to wait 5 business days after opening an account to apply, does it show up in the app after those 5 days pass or do you have to go to the website and apply for it from there?

US bank prequalify is not a valid preapproval at all unfortunately................
Thanks for that I have no doubts I would get the cash plus especially if they pull tu or ex I'm only 1/6 1/12 for inquiries on tu and 1/6 2/12 on ex and 0/12 on personal accounts

They usually pull TU for Cash+ .. keep in mind, that it could be "State" dependant.
This migh or might not give you better clarification?
Good luck, no matter what you decide!
What do they usually pull for ar?

It will usually depend on state for US Bank. The chart linked in @M_Smart007's response should give you an idea, but YMMV.
Looks like ohio is TU thanks
