Quick! How accurate is credit match

Checked credit match and was pre qualified for chase freedom and saphire preferred. I really want the preferred. But I decided to check chase prequal, the freedom came up but no saphire. I went for the freedom and got it at 2k, I want to try a two for one but am not sure how acurate credit match is. If it doesn't come up on chase pre qual is it worth it to try?

Credit match is not very accurate but Chase prequal generally is. But just because you don't get the prequal on the Chase site does not mean that you won't be approved for the card.

id shoot for something like AARP or Marriott or Amazon Visa as my 2nd not the CSP.
