I wouldn't waste my time on Cap One. Was just approved for QS with 300 limit. As soon as it arrived it went straight to the sock drawer.

The Quicksilver has a minimum credit line of $3K.

No true. I got approved for the QS (not QS`) with a 1k limit. Of course my credit wasn't the best at around 620 at that time.

Maybe not true when you applied, but true now. From the disclosures section for the card:

How Do You Determine My Credit Line?
We will determine your credit line after a review of your application and your ability to pay. If your application is approved, the minimum credit line you will receive is $3,000.

@Anonymous, I stand corrected.. in a way. I wonder if I can use that as grounds t o get a CLI? Im still @ $1k after my 5th statement cut today.

Yes, not sure why people here talk bad about Cap1 when they don't get what they want. Cap1 in my opinion is one of the most forgiving companies... until you burn them of course and even then they still give you a chance.

Cap1 has helped A LOT of people here rebuild their credit including me and for that I am gracious. Although I'd love for them to come through every time I need something, I won't be upset if they don't.

Simply put, if someone doesn't like Cap1, there are tons of other lenders to choose from.

I know of several people that were approved with low scores.. 9 months later and I am on my way   to 700 now.
