Not sure if this is the correct spot for this but when I call to recon an app or CLI does if help to call back again if the first rep doesn't help? Or will I typically get the same response.

There have been many many people approved after trying more than once. I had to talk to 3 people last year for a Chase approval. Keep in mind that some creditors keep track of your calls so a CSR might make note of your previous call(s).
what do you mean by doesn't help? they aren't informative and are rude or didn't provide you with the denial reasons, or do you mean they wouldn't overturn the decision?
just because you don't get the answer you hope for doesn't mean they didn't help.
