Congrats on the house, the new Range and your success so far. I would definitely take it easy after this and build on what you have. You're doing great so far. Word of caution as mentioned before on Chase, they are finicky.
For sure! Income def helps with a good score.
I'll start gardening (figuratively and literally) :-)

WOW that was quite the story. Congratulations! Not many people can say they had such a success.
As others have suggested, join us in the garden and let everything age.
Thanks! I was hoping others could sense the excitement, disappointed, thrill, etc throughout the process. :-)

What do you mean AA? Adverse action? In what sense?
Sometimes lenders will CLI or even close cards if they see a lot of new credit AFTER getting their card. It probably won’t happen, but always good to be on the safe side!

They wont CLI ![]()
CLD is a possibility especially when Barclay is involved in a form of balance chasing due to numerous apps and/or utilization.
Chase may approve, or deny the app, deny and close existing cards or do nothing.
Amex wont care as long as they get paid

Wow. a close? That's crazy.
Wait, a CLI (credit limit increase) AFTER?

She probably meant CLD.
You did a bit too much, but sky is not falling. It's already done, so enjoy your newly acquired toys, plastic and metal
Just no more apps for a while

I was thinking the same about the CLI....LOL.
BUT GUESS WHATTT...
I called Chase to check the APP.....they verified information and BOOM!! Approved for $13,600!
I asked for expediting...(so I can use it and hopefully force them not to CLD).....and I got that too!
Now, calling about the Business card app..
