I've applied for a Newegg store card twice in the last 6 months and have been rejected twice. I've had a Newegg card since 2009 but I lost it when they changed to Sychrony. I believe the first rejection was because I lived overseas and my IP address was outside the US. The second rejection was because they couldn't "verify my information". I think it's because my address wasn't updated with all the credit bureaus. I checked and my address is fully updated, my credit scores are in the high 700's and there's nothing negative on my report. Should I apply again or consider this one a loss? I am an avid computer builder and I religiously used my Newegg card in the past so I would like to have one again. The interest is terrible but I never had to pay it since I could pay it off within a year. Thanks.
Sorry I have no experience at all with the card you mentioned. Others in the forum will respond, I am sure.

I can't say whether you should or should not reapply, but I can say this: if you do reapply, and get denied, please call them up and recon it, because it sounds like you may have been denied on a misunderstanding.
Thanks for the advice, I haven't decided on trying again but if I do get rejected I will go for a recon.
No problem, thanks anyway.
I think that if you were just rejected. wait at least 30 days before applying again. this card has mixed approvals, they have denied me a few times, each time pulling EX/TU.
